Into Significance
Our Mission
The dual mission of the Nault Foundation is:
1. The provision of permanent (Nault Foundation owned and managed) affordable housing for the economically disadvantaged; and
2. The provision of financial support to aspiring or early-stage entrepreneurs or non-profits (with non-exclusive preference given to those interested or involved in providing or investing in affordable housing of all types).Current Project
ΘA Scholarship Annex
The Nault Foundation has committed $500,000 to the U.S.F. Foundation to help build the Sigma Nu / Theta Alpha Scholarship Annex project on the campus of the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. The funds used to build this housing will be later recycled through student rent payments to establish two permanently endowed full time scholarships - The Nault Foundation Endowed Scholarship Fund for Entrepreneurial Studies at USF.
Our Services
provision of permanent affordable housing
The provision of permanent affordable housing through foundation owned and managed mobile home parks located in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. These properties will provide housing at approximately 75% of market rate for comparable housing, and be exclusively provided to those working households where taxable income for the preceding year did not exceed 67% of the Average Monthly Income (AMI) for the area.
Financial Support to Aspiring and Early-Stage
Entrepreneurs or Non-Profits
Financial support to aspiring or early-stage entrepreneurs, through scholarships, seed money or soft term business loans, with non-exclusive preference given to those interested or involved in providing affordable housing. The Nault Foundation also provides seed money, soft term participating business loans and partnerships to individuals, small businesses and non-profits that would otherwise be unable to secure funding. Non-exclusive preference is given to those interested or involved in providing affordable housing.
